I currently work at Ken Batchelor Cadillac as the head new car detailer and perform essential duties including car porting, detail center upkeep and assisting service detailing to include the following duties:

• I work very closely with the service advisors on each detail package and take great pride in my work.
• I receive schedule updates on each car and manage each service detail with the utmost care.
• I take responsibility for a high turnover of service details every day and get to handle many customer service inquiries with the ability to help each customer with their specific expectations for their vehicle.
• Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance appearance of vehicles.
• Operate buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums and other equipment to meet service expectations.
• Clean upholstery, rugs and other surfaces by using cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices.
• Apply wax to vehicle exteriors and buffed to brilliant shine.
• Report customer-oriented issues immediately to supervisor for swift assistance and resolution.
• Inspect interior and exterior of vehicles for cleanliness and accurately identified imperfections outside vehicle standards.

• At this position at Bass Pro Shops I worked in the Tracker Boats division of the store and handled individual parts as well as A.T.V.'s, boats, pontoons, and tractors.
• I detail each specific assignment thoroughly and handle each job with extreme caution and care.
• I have a lot of experience building and prepping A.T.V.'s as well as organizing specific parts for each of these.
• Maintained car detailing equipment and supplies in optimal condition for daily demands.
• Provided exceptional customer service and addressed customer inquiries.
• Test drove vehicles and reported identified issues to management.
• Mixed cleaning solutions, abrasive compositions and other compounds to clean interior and exterior of vehicle.

• As a part of the detailing team at Cavender Cheverolet in Boerne, I was one of 2 full time detailers.
• I was in charge of opening and closing duties, cleaning and making sure all tools and supplies in shop were up to date.
• I handled customer questions about new or existing customer car details.
• The main wash was to be cleaned each day and I would also complete hand washes to specific details each day.

• Restored luster to vehicle interiors, including upholstery and vinyl.

• At The Wash Tub I was a detailer/finisher and handled everything from customer service inquiries to specific customer details.
• I was extremely punctual and always willing to work overtime.
