• Launched a new essential oil brand for a $1B ecommerce accelerator company (Pattern) and took it from $0 to $400K in the first 12 months
• Strategic oversight of product placement at online marketplaces including Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Macy’s, Kohls as well as managing relationships for retail groups
• Managed a team of individuals and provided strategic oversight for all things marketing (social, email, influencer, paid advertising, SEO and PR), ecommerce, retail, operations and customer support.

• Oversee Young Living’s E-Markets entity and team including P&L, Young Living’s Professional Accounts group and business development group
• Oversee Young Living’s e-commerce efforts outside of YL’s website including Amazon, Walmart and took Amazon sales from $0 to run rate of $4.8M/year in 12 months.
• Cultivated strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure long-term success.

• Developed strategy for Young Living’s diffuser and developed four new products including filing for two patents
• Developed relationships with the US’s largest healthcare GPO (group purchasing organizations) to facilitate large volume purchasing into the healthcare space.
• Developed high-performing teams by providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Managed #1 product portfolio (Starter Kits) in terms of revenue for Young Living and drove change including rebranding our best-selling Premium Starter Kit for Young Living’s 25th Anniversary and developed supporting Starter Kits resulting in more than 2.5 million units sold during the time managing it
• Oversaw Young Living's award-winning magazine Essential Oils Magazine with over 5M copies in print.

• Built a beauty brand including developing 5 innovative products
• Sold the brand assets pre-revenue to Young Living Essential oils where I was brought on as the Sr Manager of Business Innovations.
