Main duties include Preventative maintenance of Okuma CNC and many other brands.
-Fabrication of guards when failing/smashed.
-Replacement of pumps, wiring, fans, air lines, battery's
-Moving CNC's from one part of building to another and resetting / leveling
-Replacement of belts, greasing, and diagnose for other repairs.
-Cleaning inside and outside of machines during repairs and after
-Disconnection and isolation of air, fluids, and electricity.
-Removing hardened material from machines using abrasives, power and hand tools, jackhammers, sledgehammers, and other equipment.
-Conveyor maintenance - Electrical Repairs - Maintaining batteries for forklifts, order pickers, stand up forklifts, and many other pieces of equipment - Diagnostics of all just said machinery - Hydraulic repairs - Grounds keeping - HVAC PM's -Unloading and loading semi trucks when needed - Design weld and fabricate parts using blueprints or other mechanical plans - Roofing repairs - Building out houses - Examine and test machinery, equipment, components, and parts for defects to ensure for proper function - ordering parts - installation of conveyors motors, pucks, rollers, braking systems, etc.. - Replacement of PLC components as needed - Any wear items on before said equipment - Office repairs , keyboard trays, cubicle replacement, office chairs
