Paul Holtzclaw

I am the supervisor of a security team including 11 floormen for the largest dance hall in Bell County, TX. I do all the scheduling for our shifts as well as hiring and firing when applicable. As head of security it is in my job description to assess patrons intoxication levels and make sure they leave the establishment with a safe mode of transportation to their intended destination. It is also my duty to de-escalate any fights or arguments and work with local law enforcement including but not limited to military police as needed.

In this position I was an installer and technician for high end residential windows, doors, and sliding doors. We serviced the predominantly the Austin, TX area. I was also authorized to drive the company trucks and trailers.

I was an operator running New Holland skidstiers, front loaders, D4 and D6 dozer and track hoes. I was also the mechanic for this equipment. Doing both daily maintenance on grease fitting, hydraulic lines, oil changes. Mechanically I changed brakes, tracks, pumps and any other jobs that could be done on site.

At this company I was the head foreman of a 4 to 12 man crew doing commercial polished concrete. We did both new stores and renovations. We had accounts with Nike, Under Armour, American Eagle and Cabelas, among many more. We traveled the nation with 1 ton diesel trucks and 24ft trailers or 26ft box trucks with supplies I was responsible for. I was also in charge of all the logistics for my crew, from reserving hotels, driving, and training. I was also an operator and the sole concrete color dye applicator. I earned a fork lift license, which is still valid as well as a life time mig welders license to assist me with maintaining equipment including trucks and trailers.
