Responsibilities: Running Metric reports for our department revenue, finding out what is late to our customers and what we can achieve for the quarter, in charge of producing wips for the machine shop as we make several thousands of parts in house parts, checking in on inventory and managing inventory on a daily basis along with cycle counts, in charge of leading our assembly team with hot jobs customers request as we make or kit together parts customers are needing for their presses or their customers. In charge of managing what is needed in our machine shop list for our guys on the floor and managing our purchase shortage list with ETA's Drop Ships. In charge of all sales orders are customer reps' place, and letting them know on a timely matter what can and cannot be achieved. I update or push out orders as needed, especially if the parts we are waiting for are on back-order or credit hold with our vendors.

Updating BOM for our parts to be priced and rolled for our customer reps and sales associates.

Work closely with sales reps, customers, and team associates, and our shipping logistics department for pickups or deliveries to various vendors in the area.

• The position requires the planning of small parts to massive parts for our customers, in charge of running metrics of what are daily shipments are and how far we are off track for our quarterly goals each month, I work closely with sales reps, customers, crew members, and my supervisor.
• Performs all duties of my supervisor when he is out.

• Pull hot customer orders.
• Box up orders and process orders using Fed Ex, UPS and DHL.
• Familiar with all paperwork needed for International shipments.
• Oversaw 3 people.

• Pulled parts for hot orders and complete all paperwork.

• Pulled parts and completed all paperwork for us.

• Stock Parts.

• Responsible for multiple workorders cut, shape and clean metal dies.

• Grass Mowing.

• Assembled and Tested Valves.

• Clean up water and fire damage.

• Installed Internet and Telephones.

• Loading and unloading of guests, Customer Service, Opening and closing of Rides, Lead responsibilities which included: Rotating people, Supervising 5-6 people at a time (I was Certified in 7 Rides in which also I also provided Training).

• Painting, Demolition.

• Mowing grass, Painting, Grocery shopping.

• As a part of earning my A+ program I tutored Kindergarten and First grade students.
