My experiences in different work environments have helped develop me into who I am today with some successes and failures along the way. I believe that my responses to them have molded me and matured me to be an excellent worker (co-worker) . I have to learn many new skills and have adapted to the ever changing technology and information in the world we live in. I am excited for the next challenge in my career and what it will bring.
Coordinate assigning work to technicians for disassembly , diagnosis and estimating (blueprinting). Involved in locating and ordering parts , mirror matching parts for accuracy and tracking missing or backordered parts during repair process. Working closely with technicians throughout all phases of the repair process to keep vehicles moving throughout the repair. Negotiating estimates and supplements with Insurance representatives and assisting office staff with final billing. Performing quality control throughout the repair process. Some interactions with vehicle owners as necessary when office staff needed assistance.
Started out as a repair process manager but in 2003, took over as the Store manager. Still estimated and handled some customer repairs but also oversaw the day to day operation of the facility including payroll , month end closing , Insurance negotiations and management of the employees.
I have learned great interpersonal skills working with others throughout my career in communication , encouragement and leadership that has helped me in team building and motivating others to be productive by setting examples of commitment and hard work
