I was part of the first team of 20 people that got hired on to start the plant at Vance, Alabama. We were training for a whole month before the company starting hiring the rest of the work force that needed for start of production.

The goal was to train 80 more new employees how to assemble front and rear seats for the new W205( C-Class) Mercedes Cars, with Safety, Quality and Efficiency.
