  • Successfully created, and sold a boutique 9 room inn and restaurant, for profit, which opened just prior to the pandemic.
  • Created a family like environment and unified team to successfully create an ambitious project during one of the most volatile periods for hospitality in history.
  • Renovated and converted a 21,000 square foot historic building from residential to commercial use.
  • Developed a working farm to include a fully licensed, State of Montana, USDA specification poultry processing center.

  • Negotiated contracts with over 50 local hotels, property management companies, and lodging establishments for the newly created Central Reservations Department.
  • Collaborated with and led affiliated departments in creation of lift and lodging packages, resulting in increased revenue for lodging clients and Taos Ski Valley.
  • Sourced all software, hired vendors, trained staff, and managed the 1st season newly established operations.

  • Developed alternate business models to with the growing "By Owner" market. Segmented under improved properties to new model in order to maintain the AAA and Forbes rating for resort.
  • Developed and executed a plan to encourage property owners to invest in their rental property to increase the overall quality of an aging rental portfolio, resulting in over 4 million dollars in capital improvements.
  • Directed staff and managed annual capital budget.
  • Tasked to turn around low-growth operation by solidifying workflow processes, strengthening client relationships and improving communications supporting client advocacy.
  • Leveraged resort assets to create a superior competitive advantage among local rental agencies.
