DFMWR - My current directorate level responsibilities include but not limited to being a principal advisor to the Garrison Command Team. Direct communication with HQs G9 and ID-Training, emphasizing their initiatives, CCIRs, SIRs, RUIs. Direct communication, SITREPs, SEPCORs with Fort Leavenworth Senior Mission Commander and staff to ensure efforts are aligned with mission objectives. Established member of the Crisis Management Team (CMT) with extensive experience with Full-Scale Exercises (FSE) to include Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) operations. Execute external tasks communicated via Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2). Brief Installation Status Report (ISR) data and corrective actions to the Garrison Commander and ID-T. Provides garrison command team with situational awareness and corrective actions for Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) feedback. Work directly with Directorate of Public Works (DPW) on development of Real Property Planning Board (RPPB), Installation Planning Board (IPB), Facility Investment Plan (FIP). Develop DA Forms 4283s, 1391s, 1354s. Work daily with other garrison directorates and special staff: RM, DES, DPTMS, PAO, DHR, PAIO, IMO, EEO, Safety. I plan, execute, deliver, and review FMWR programs in accordance with AR215-1 by communicating clear vision, goal, plans and objectives while implementing policies and procedures. Provide technical guidance, direction and oversight of management and implements leadership practices directly and indirectly while remaining fiscally responsible. Strive to attract and retain high caliber workforce. Subject matter expert in Human Resources AR 215-3 performance management, counseling, coaching and mentoring while maintaining compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), working closely with CHRA/Management Employee Representative (MER) when applicable. Establish and evaluation performance standards within 30 days, ensure Individual Development Plans (IDP) are completed for all applicable team members. Provide professional development opportunities including training and shadowing assignments. Approve personnel actions, awards, and recognition in DCPDS and AutoNOA.
Support Division – Brief garrison command team and Senior Mission Commanders on Installation Wide Special Events – Manage Garrison Master Events and Long-Range Calendars. Develop and review Annual Operating Budget CAT – A, B, C, K, OH, Supplemental. Provide oversite and financial briefings using OLRV, FMBS, SMIRF. Brief NAF Budget and variances to Garrison Commander (GC) and provide remarks for GC NAF Briefings to ID-T Director. Develop and revise 5-year plans, Capital Improvement Minor Construction (CPMC), NAF Major Construction, and restoration projects. Work with NAF Contracting using PRISM/SNACs, Implements Organization Inspection Program (OIPs) and self-assessments, internal review and management controls. Billing and Alternate Billing Official for Government Purchase Cards (GPCs) and establish Blanket Purchasing Agreements (BPAs). Oversite of Marketing Department, Commercial Sponsorship ($225K cash/in-kind in FY25), Property Management, Warehouse and Supply, Field Maintenance, Information Technology (IT) – RECTRAC/WEBTRAC and life cycle replacement.
CYS Division – AR 608-10 Support inspections including AHHI in brief/out brief corrective actions, MDTI, Comprehensive Safety corrective actions. Accreditation NAEYS, DA/USDA Food program
SAC/YC – PYC accredited by Council on Accreditation (COA), Conduct CDC monthly inspections, view CCTV footage when necessary. BOD – Develop and approve budgets for food and beverage operations, golf operations and the bowling center that are in line with performance standards and benchmarks. Ensure that business operations are profitable to avoid Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
ACS Division – AR 608-1 Support certification efforts both in person and self-assessments. which include data submissions and evaluation. Establish and revise RDMT bot QACS (MDEP 131) and OSD/FAP revenue and associated Spend Plans. Ensure Client Tracking System (CTS) is complete accurately and on time. Establish performance plans in accordance with DPMAAP. Provide performance counseling to ensure accountability. Brief garrison command team on ISR measures and performance corrective actions. Support Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) efforts. Conduct weekly staff meetings, certify timecards in ATAAPS, I am and APF Billing Official for GPC purchase GFEBS and an approver for Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) for contractual agreements. Participate in Family Advocacy (FAP)Incident Determination Committee (IDC). Brief Family Advocacy Domestic Awareness and other ACS events to senior leaders and support in execution. Market all ACS programs.
