I would have to balance cleaning tables, running food, cleaning messes, checking out customers, etc. at the same time. If I did not work fast and efficiently enough, the line would go out the door and we would lose customers. Being a busser was rigorous work but it has taught me a lot about hard-work, team-work, and accountability.
