  • In addition the expansion provided the resources to utilize all natural hormone free milk and cream from small family farms for all of its ice cream production.

  • Paul and his college roommate founded ABC which designs flexible immediate bulk containers (bulk bags) for industrial use in the U.S

  • They are an alternative to paper bags and cardboard containers and have capacities of up to 5,000 pounds
  • The bulk bags are manufactured in China and imported by ABC for distribution from a warehouse in PA.

  • Paul was a key member of the team, which structured the repurchase of the organization from a public company and a partner in another company, which was subsequently acquired
  • During his tenure he directed two convertible debt security offerings as well as a re-financing of the company’s credit facilities in the US and UK.
