Have the ability to troubleshoot automotive and home HVAC systems. On vacation in Glacier Montana and staying at an Airbnb during a heatwave, we noticed the AC was not working properly, I quickly realized the evaporator was a block of ice and was able to thaw it out quickly.
I have done several repairs to our older furnace and our current AC unit where I live. Such as replacing the inducer fan blade, inducer fan motor, igniter, flame sensor, cleaed the burners and replace the capacitor on the compressor.
I have recently worked with a former coworker on HVAC jobs he does on the side on the weekends and have a good understanding of what needs to be done.
