• My daily responsibilities, prepare the weekend list, weekend payroll, update the weekend capacity spreadsheet, and pull other reports. I have also trained my fellow Driver Managers on the updates to the OTM System. My duties as a Driver Manager, was weekly payroll, D.O.T. Medicals update as well as their CDL’s, Lytx (driver cams / my average for coaching effectiveness score was in the 90% range), Idelic (driver risk score). Daily Productivity (KPI), and any other duties assigned to me daily. During my time at HUB Group, I was assigned to the weekends and worked both Bloomington Terminal, Huntington Park Terminals drivers by myself (over 100 drivers). During the weekends I have obtained and surpassed the targeted LPDPD (loads per day per driver 2.5), and surpassed the targeted load count. I obtained 430 loads on the weekends, and was responsible for all inbound and outbound freight for the Cross Dock as well.

• I have worked for Estenson LLC and Hub Group for over 17 1/2 years. I started as a driver, then up to Lead Driver Trainer (PACE), DFIT Trainer. During my time as a driver, I have attained 1 Million Miles of safe driving and accident free, also 2017 July Driver of the Month (CTA), and 2017 Driver of the Year (CTA). As a DFIT while training drivers and office personnel on the tablets. During the go live phase of the OTM Conversion, I trained the drivers (3.0 & XRS), and dispatchers (3.0, XRS & OTM). I was one of the first Lead Driver Trainers in the company and as a LDT I trained drivers how to drive safely under the PACE program, and trained in all yards and accounts (dedicated / Port / Flatbed / Reefer / Intermodal).
