I love working in a environment where there is always an opportunity to grow and with problem solving skills because it encourages me to think in a way where for most they have trouble with, whether its an opportunity to learn or to teach others. One quality I've learned being a Team lead is communication and leading with example, meaning; if there is a crucial moment in where much stress and limited time is given, i will prioritize our metrics to finish what we need for the day and not panic. A healthy working environment is also an example of what i like to set, because it would encourage many people to speak without having a sense of being nervous or frightened, because then i wouldn't know what problems or concerns they would have or maybe some ideas on how things could be done easier or effectively.
