RTS Inspector from 2011 to 2013. Duties included verifying all work was completed correctly and met all requirements for return to service.

Supervisor from 2013 to 2016. Duties included controlling workflow of 20 technicians, managing unit efficiencies, staffing, work performance reviews, training, point of use inventory, continuous improvement implementations.

Production manager from 2016 to 2024. managed gear shop, machine shop, Accessories shop, Paint, Avionics and CMM measuring cell at different times. Duties included managing 40 to 75 people including supervisors, leads, technicians NDT inspectors, painters, and machinists. Implemented many process improvements including equipment Maintenance schedules, tool control, lean processes for improving workflow. Maintained exemplary numbers on required performance indicators such as safety, utilization, efficiencies, on time delivery and workflow.

• Measured and cut granite slabs to fit specific dimensions of countertops.
• Prepared and installed granite countertop components such as sinks, faucets, and cooktops.
• Determined the layout of the granite based on customer specifications.
• Set and leveled granite pieces in place using adhesives, sealants, and other materials.
• Fabricated custom-made pieces for special applications according to blueprints or drawings.
• Inspected finished products to ensure accuracy of installation.
