I noticed your company in my efforts to seek employment in my unique skills area. I have worked for the firm for 14 years. I am an expert at direct marketing, specifically telemarketing, inside sales, and email marketing. I have been a top producer for the company from day one. My job is to research and formulate messages and presentations to contact Commercial property owners (prospects) that have good opportunities to appeal their property taxes and receive reductions. I do a small cursory review of the properties, using tools such as value comparisons for geographical areas, including zip code, property type, and square footage, to determine tax dollars paid per square foot in the specific geographical area. That, combined with internet research, includes purchase prices, state and county regulations, deadlines, and tax status. also, contemporary events or specific opportunities like ratio studies, changes in tax laws or tax status (exemptions, enterprise zones, abatements) all to determine if they have the qualifications my company requires. I am versatile enough to produce a presentation that will either set an appointment for our business development managers or decide if the prospect is qualified to receive a review from our company. I schedule appointments and develop future business daily, and I usually work to fill 1 to 5 people's schedules for face-to-face meetings and conference call meetings.
