Atapco Ventures 501 N Calvert Street | $3,551,788 | 122,833 sq ft
This project at 501 N Calvert Street completed the partial renovation and refreshing of a 6-story, existing Baltimore City Public Safety Complex. Previously the headquarters for the Baltimore Sun, the space required conversion from an existing printing press room. This included new non-structural partitions, ceilings, mechanical and plumbing modifications, and new and modified electrical.

Howard County Government Caplan Furniture Stabilization | $536,823 | 3,000 sq ft
Caplan Furniture on Ellicott City's Main Street required the 2-phased demolition and stabilization of the store's re-structure over the Tiber river stream. The demolition phase entirely removed the rear structure that extends over the river, east and west walls between the river channel, floor structure, wood framing, concrete slab, and more. A new, single-level masonry wall was constructed in the second phase to keep water in the stream channel in the event of future floods.

Howard County Government Demo Package | $60,589 | 10,000 sq ft
Plano-Coudon provided all labor, material, and equipment to furnish and install a completed demolition package for 8109, 8111, and 8113 Main Street. The following was removed and disposed of: drywall ceiling; existing flooring finishes; drywall, wall finishes, trim base and screws; all insulation; ductwork; flex lines; RTU; plumbing fixtures and all piping; existing light fixtures; and wiring back to the panel.

Howard County Government Stone Wall | $598,168
In Historic Ellicott City, a stone wall was constructed along the Tiber River to preserve the structural integrity of a historic theater that was compromised during the 2016 flood. This project involved river diversion, pile drilling, shoring, and stone wall construction.

Horseshoe Baltimore Casino Parking Deck | $294,828 | 1,260 sq ft
At the Horseshoe Baltimore Casino, renovations were completed to reconfigure the elevated parking deck parking layout, and accessories were installed for the new outdoor smoking area and VIP entrance.

Baltimore Public Markets Corporation Broadway Market | $2,566,742 | 7,000 sq ft
The North Shed at Broadway market received a complete renovation, including the removal of the northern addition; opening all window arches; replacement of all mechanical and electrical systems; reconfiguration of the interior space for multiple food tenants; and the relocation of the trash yard. This is a historic project and an important asset to the local flavor of the Baltimore neighborhood.

Baltimore County Government Grounds Maintenance Facility | $3,059,212 | 6,800 sq ft
A new grounds maintenance facility was relocated to the existing Bureau of Highways building. The site improvements included parking spaces for trucks and pedestrian vehicles, a new pole barn, utility services (water, sewer, storm, electric, and telephone), and five bio-retention facilities to provide required stormwater management treatment.

Johns Hopkins Health System Outpatient Room 3080 | $452,724 | 1,200 sq ft
The renovation and fit-out inside Johns Hopkins Outpatient building room 3080, control room, and shared equipment room provided the removal and replacement of an existing MRI machine and RF shielding. The scope included selective demolition, concrete, steel, carpentry, MEP, architectural millwork, interior finishes, and building envelope work.

Howard County Government East Columbia 50+ Center | $164,000
The East Columbia 50+ Center required new paint and flooring in existing space for Howard County Government. The project involved grading, foundations, and electrical to furnish and install a new electronic sign system.

Caesars Entertainment Horseshoe Casino Restroom Renovation | $368,784 | 3,000 sq ft
This project for Horseshoe Casino required the interior renovation of restrooms on two levels. A new, wood and steel handrail divider was constructed to allow patrons under the age of 21 years of age to access the restaurant without entering the casino. Also included were new drywall & metal studs, ceilings, flooring, and new interior finishes.

Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory Fit-Out | $140,380 | 825 sq ft
Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab received a fit-out of the existing space to accommodate a new fitness center and bathrooms.

Under Armour Ivory Office Renovation | $10,297,700 | 70,000 sq ft
Under Armour's Ivory Office received a renovation of the office space including window replacement roof replacement flood prevention work fabrication and installation of structural steel stairs. The rooftop deck was also fully renovated. In addition, we provided an interior renovation with HVAC upgrades in conjunction with the core and shell.

Johns Hopkins Health System MRI Installation | $1,838,65 | 693 sq ft
This design-build project at the Johns Hopkins Hospital will install a new MRI in what is currently a shell space with all utilities stubbed out. Work is to include all aspects of an MRI room up to and including an equipment room, control space, RF shielding, and magnetic shielding. This project is located over in-patient rooms in an active, clinical environment. All work will need to be coordinated with clinical and non-clinical staff.
