• Delivered Monthly Status Reports and bi-weekly Steering Committee presentations keeping all stakeholders in the loop regarding Progress, Risks, Budget and Schedule impacts. Took corrective action where appropriate.
• Supported Scrum and Agile events, including daily standups, Backlog Refinement, Planning and Retros.
