Project Manager / Systema Quality Manager
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines resulting in high-quality results for the supply chain
- Monitor/manage each project to ensure timely delivery in accordance with established quality standards
- Lead and facilitate meetings with internal business and IT teams, as well as external vendors and contractors
- Create project plans while establishing timelines, defining scope, assigning/defining teams and resources to appropriate teams and managing the flow of work throughout the project lifecycle
- Create and lead stakeholder updates, informing on strategy, needed adjustments and progress, while bringing concerns to attention seeking inputs and guidance
- Identify risks associated with each project and developed strategies for mitigating risk exposure.
