I have over three years of leadership experience as a Team Lead in a high pressure setting. This role is versatile and thrives on training and developing staff while maintaining a well known, appreciated high service standard for the community. Every day life involves solving problems efficiently and encouraging teamwork among peers to reach our best potential, as well as keeping customer satisfaction high. I am seeking to take part of a new environment as I feel it is time to take my next step while still utilizing the fundamental skills I've learned over the last few years from my occupation, from things like teamwork, problem solving, customer satisfaction, and leadership.
