  • The reviewer will assess remediation related to findings cited by our client during the assessment of the Lender's origination channels, underwriting and appraisal processes, quality control programs, secondary marketing, and loan closing (post-close and pre-funding).
  • A review of the Lender's remediation of issues uncovered during the assessment will be completed using materials and responses provided by Lenders, including written remediation explanations and plans.
