- Assistant project manager for the purchase of a new combination pumper-tanker with a budget of $600,000+, and the purchase of a used aerial ladder truck with a budget of $500,000. Both purchases required the development of specifications for each apparatus and following legal bidding process, closely analyzing each bid, and awarding the bid to the manufacturer with the best apparatus option for the Ozark Fire District.
- Assist with developing Incident Action Plans for large events and special engagements within the Ozark Fire District. This involves working with public agencies such as law enforcement, ambulance district, and schools.
- Coordinate project planning with civic organizations, retail establishments and local non-profits. These events include the Ozark Craft Fair, Sertoma Duck Race and Balloon Glow, Octoberfest, Christmas on the Square, Christmas Parade, and Bass Pro Outdoor Days.
