RiverView Land Co. LLC is/was an online retailer and a convenience store.

With the Convenience Store I was responsible for all duties of a manager/owner, such as :

• Setting fuel prices according to daily market conditions
• Monitoring sales and financial transactions
• Responsible for all daily cash deposits and change orders
• Setting the budget and then managing the budget and expenses
• Hiring, training, and evaluating employees
• Created relationships with all vendors
• All duties of a clerk ( opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, etc..)

• Cleanly Removing all existing materials to prep job site for new flooring
• Assisted the Tile, Carpet, Hardwood installers to ensure timely installs
• Material removal of Existing Flooring and Showers to prep job site for new installs
• All aspects of finalizing the job to customers satisfaction
• Occasional sales, material pricing and measuring of prospective new jobs
