I oversee a variety of meat pieces through a skinning machine while also making sure the cutters are cutting the meat to desired specifications. I also make sure that the employees that are on the lines pull out bones out of the meat and the meat is put in the correct bins for further processing and prepped for shipping.

Sorting and handling all different kinds of packages and getting them where they needed to be loaded on the correct truck to reach its destination.

• Receive shipping orders and get items from designated locations
• Pack items with parts from orders with correct supplies used
• Using various equipment such as sit down forklifts to transport finished orders to correct dock and loaded trailer with correct packagaes
