  • Property Supervisor for Pinehurst Properties Group: oversaw eight multi-family properties totaling 160 units throughout Orange County.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities involving tenants, subcontractors and property management.
  • Hire, supervise, and train on-site managers.
  • Work with local Housing Authorities and represent owner in court.
  • Draft legal documents such as lease agreements, notices of eviction or non-payment of rent.
