Maintain 400+ Consumer files (withing Monday software):
Updating address, DHS Case Manager changes, Program Coordinator changes (agencies), Updating Evaluations/Service Prescription Plan, Update Outcome Data Sheets.
Outbound email: Send documentation to : Oklahoma DHS DDS, Case Manager, Program Coordinator, Parent or Guardian of Consumer.
Inbound email: Receive from Oklahoma DHS DDS Case Managers, Individual Plan information for Consumer, Upcoming meeting information, Incident reports, Condition of Consumer (admitted to hospital), Individual Plan addendums, etc.
Receive from Program Coordinator (monthly data outcome sheets for consumer to uploaded in data base).
Physician: Prescriptions for therapy services.
Schedule Upcoming Meetings for therapist (Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech and Nutrition)
IP Meetings, Team Meetings, Hospital Discharge Meetings, Pharmacy review for Consumers (all within the Monday software).
Bill Units for documentation updates (within the Monday Software).
Making reservations for campers, receiving payment for their reservation. Checking the camper in or out of the campground. Routine drives through the campground to make sure campsites are occupied.
Receiving inbound calls from customers with Gap insurance, problem solving, answering questions. Having a calm and positive attitude with the customer that is upset, reassuring them their issues will be solved.
