I have had several years experience in geri psych and geriatrics LTC. I was ADON for 6 years at Clarksville Convalescent Home before they merged with Lamar Countryside manor and became Johnson Co Health and Rehab.

I was Quality control nurse at Conway , St Andrews place for over a year, then the job ended.

I have worked for local doctors, Dr Kuykendall and Susan Gately APRN and Stacy Greer APRN in office settings. Enjoyed this job as well. Here I gained experience in obtaining prior approvals and authorizations from insurance companies for procedures and medications.

I have a natural ability to communicate with families and patients , to gain trust and good repore.

I believe in healthcare as a whole and understand and advocate team efforts for the best interest of the patient.
