Main activities:
• Meet regularly with residential customers to identify business opportunities and ensure customer needs are met
• Find out about structural developments in listed companies not covered by corporate, in order to encourage placements
• Work in synergy with the Business Solution Manager for value-added solutions
• Develop a map of potential customers
• Carry out customer visits based on a previously defined prospecting plan
• Maintain and update customer records
• Provide, in consultation with the departments concerned, a solution to customer complaints and disputes
• Inform his hierarchy of the internal development projects of the clients followed
• Propose offers / solutions to customers according to their needs
• Monitor the implementation of offers and solutions for customers in order to guarantee maximum satisfaction
