I was a substitute coordinator while a front office clerk. I implemented welcome bags for our substitutes to show our appreciation for what they do for us. We never had a problem find repeat substitutes.
When I was the Relay for Life Captain, I implemented and facilitated a fundraiser called "Links for a Cure". It was incredibly successful! We raised "10,000.00 within 4 days, selling 25 cent paper links to students (so everyone could afford to participate) before homeroom, during pep rally week. It built team spirit for our school, and a healthy competition for those involved. We have a very high participation rate! It was an incredible feeling!
We had all the clerical team pitching in to help, and every classroom participated!!!
I implemented a Team building competition to boost moral for our faculty and staff. Mr. Campbell was very happy with the results, as the faculty and staff came in the next morning very excited about our student vs faculty and staff volleyball game!!
Our school was chosen to be the PIlot school for Scanning records to become electronic files! My mentor told me I was chosen because of my temperament of being so flexible and supportive!
