  • As a Lead, I addressed challenges, with the agents requesting assistance, with the customers regarding their reservations & ticketing & acknowledged the employees special occasions, successes, promoting a better work environment.
  • Consistently achieved high-performance ratings by maintaining exceptional attention to detail when processing reservations at the 1K Desk. We had a rewards program for the employees as a for our good work, and our supervisors were happy to give us the rewards.
  • The Lead Desk was new and training incomplete.
  • Participated in new training programs to improve skills and overall reservation department performance.
  • Streamlined booking processes for increased efficiency and improved customer experience using Lead skills & allowances.
  • Tried to create a positive & informed work environment with keeping up on the news, weather, etc. as they affect all the

flight routes in those areas & the passengers travelling.

the Maintenance Crew.

*** I transferred to United Airlines Baggage Services Desk.

Phone Reports & Documentation for Delayed Luggage.

*** I transferred lastly to United Airlines Reservations Desk.

Making Travel Arrangements for a great variety of different

groups & passengers. Making travel a good experience: comfortable, dependable & convenient for them.


Each transfer was educational and a pay raise.

I was always happy to be there.

The final dismissal was due to new management dispute,

& involuntary circumstances.
