• Maintaining Enterprise scheduling system in regards to updated labor and productivity standards for each store that I am responsible for.
• Write store level schedules for all departments to achieve corporate service and labor goals.
• Ensure all store schedules are finalized and available back to the stores Department managers within corporate guidelines.
• Obtain feedback and accurately communicate information to appropriate teammates.
• Work with the internal customers, Store Management teams, Operations Team in assisting to meet corporate service standards.
