-Performs assignments as part of complex performance audits, inspections, and evaluations for the Department of the Interior (DOI) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) related to DOI's operations and policies

-Conducted evaluations, reviews, and non-financial audits of the Social Security Administration's (SSA's) programs and operations within the SSA Office of the Inspector General (OIG)
-Identified existing data, and researched legislation relevant to SSA policies, to find potential issues with SSA's systems and operations
-Developed audit plans to accomplish successful audits using applicable government accounting procedures
-Communicated objectives and work plans to OIG team members, OIG executives, and SSA staff and executives at entrance conferences
-Completed fieldwork and wrote full reports to evaluate SSA's compliance of regulations, including recommendations for improvement
-Presented project results to OIG executives, and later to SSA staff and executives, at exit conferences
-Researched, gathered, and analyzed information resulting in new project proposals and performance audit ideas
