  • Responsible for leading 8 Peer Academic Coaches in tabling, projects, and pairing them with 60+ proteges, making sure that they are reaching out to them to increase capacity at the Asian American Resource Center
  • In charge of Marketing and Social Media, while also coaching Peer Academic Coaches when it comes to creating flyers, promoting, making sure the content's appropriate and attention-grabbing, and also have the responsibility of photographing events at the AARC.
  • Creating a welcoming space at the AARC by handling front desk responsibilities, paperwork, and answering questions.
  • Email marketing or specifically, reaching out to several organizations or departments on campus in terms of outreach and collaborations.
  • In charge of working on AARC's 20th Anniversary Project. Reaching out to Alumni and Current Students for their experiences at the AARC. Worked with several companies to help provide marketing resources (Posters, Designs, Graphics) for the project. Gathered visual data (photos, articles, documents) dating back to 1999 that provides key details for the project.

  • Help organize and promote during the events. For example, promoting other sport events at the Marketing table, handing out posters and flyers to local businesses and students on campus.
