Telluride system is a loyalty platform that award points for customers whenever they made a purchase in Sears or Kmart or for any Sears Partners. These loyalty points can be redeemed by the customers for their future purchases. Telluride also has the mechanism to correct the prices at the POS (Point Of Sale) registers through Emergency Pricing tool. Telluride is the central tracking system for analyzing the sales trend and has capability to generate extensive reports to business team to track the customer behavior which will help provide better service to the customers. Every Second Telluride system will receive 1500 TPS from all Store/Online channels across the world.

The project involves the development and testing activities for various ECCO portals and their demands. The Extraordinary Customer Care Online (ECCO) is an intranet application, used by American Express customer service representatives to service and respond to the customer questionnaire on various products to the card members in United States, Canada and Australia.
