RA manager entails being able to perform audit on cash value of items inside store. Gathering competitor prices for fuel comp to determine gas prices, maintaining inventory control through true ups and performing store orders to keep product supply available without exceeding demand. Performing electronic invoices to correct any invoices that may differ in variance on product or currency to match received product and billing amount. Ability to delegate task/ lead through example in order to maintain store to operating standards and prep future leaders of Quik Trip. Multitasking and managing time to be proficient and run successful shifts. Detail cleaning of machines and equipment in store. Knowledge of policy and store stands. Running register kitchen and sales floor etc....

Job details range from proficiency in both manager and team member positions.

Order Taker bring able to communicate specials, combos, and LTO'S (limited time offers) to get guest what they want at the best price. Cashier to process correct orders to the right destination with exchange of currency. Steamer to read the builds from the monitor and begin food process with communication down line of any modification to the appropriate destination. Stuffer further addition of product to meet guest customization and keep flow of speed throughout line. Expeditor grill, steam, wrap product to correct corner to identify food product for guest and process to final destination. Basic team member duties from stocking of line, preparation of product, maintaining a clean store, dishwashing etc..

Manager functions begin shift change by completion of counts of both safe and product. Stocking of registers, filling out deployment chart, delegation of task, filling out Red book through store walk, checking efficiency/ quality of temps/cookware check to meet functions and standards.

Assistant General Manager details including interviews of new employees/ termination of existing if required. Ordering/ checking in of product, change, and uniforms. Maintaining of times, Assigning of cashiers, schedule development, transfers of product. Resolving of both guest and employee issues. Safe/ Back of house functions. Preparing current and upcoming shift for success. Open and closing duties. Communication between team members to Area coach. Training and cross training of employees to guide to successful career opportunities. Attendance of meetings to display and communicate numbers with plan of success. Operating over 20 employees.

Working with a team in a fast paced environment, guiding them through to maintain a well clean and proficient store. Ensuring SOP (standard operating procedure) is met through delegation of tasks. Auditing store products along with truck orders to keep store stocked. I'm putting data of gas contained in pumps, competitors fuel prices/filing reports, and I'm putting product received and sent out. Surveying competitor prices. Suggestive selling and overseeing employees. Etc...

Tracking down appliances to purchase through apartment complexes. Assist employees in picking up appliances and restore and relocate them to an a signed facility. Selling of appliances to new clients and private buyers. Audits appliances received and sent out. Maintaining a clean and we'll organized facility, list of appliances and schedules to be sent out. Overseeing employees scheduling, payroll, and hiring. Etc..
