  • Started on the frame crew learning and then learned tape and bed, water lines, sewage lines
  • Became a Project manager after 1 month of employment and was responsible for 7 homes being built
  • Learned to communicate very well by talking to the homeowners
  • Built an RV park after my houses were completed and the RV park is called The Pines RV Community
  • Surveyed land, cut trees and manicure spaces for RV, lay water lines, lay sewage lines, set over 100 electric boxes and run electricity wire for each RV space
  • Completed the RV job in 2 ½ months with 3 other guys
  • Phase 1 was 66 spaces and phase 2 was 54 spaces
  • Was responsible for all building permits for homes and communicating with the city hall and homeowners.
