Guides and directs terminal and/or hangar aircraft maintenance through crew chiefs and leads.

• Oversees the implementation of the organization's plans, processes, policies, and procedures.

• Maintains company revenue by limiting aircraft ground time during and after operational flying

• Monitors/Maintains scheduling through Roster Apps for PTO, OT, Crew scheduling/Manpower for assigned workforce

• Handle DOT/Non DOT investigations for Aircraft and ground equipment damage.

• Managed direct personnel in assigned maintenance of 14 B-52 aircraft
• Supervised aircraft engine system maintenance, inspections, lubrications and trains assigned personnel
• Oversee removal and installation, adjustments, leak checks of components, completes TCTO inspections, manages special system modifications
• Utilizes and handles HAZMAT wastes/disposals according to state law and EPA regulations
• Document task completion using assigned aircraft forms and technical manuals
• Manage field level aircraft engine component changes, calibrations and troubleshooting
• Perform aircraft engine changes at field level and at isochronal inspection level
• Operated and maintained aerospace propulsion systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
