Paytyn McAndrews

Enthusiastic child caregiver with experience caring for children while providing safe environments for children to learn, grow and play. I have a background of caring for multiple children simultaneously in daycare/preschool settings and as a family nanny. I always strive to be a positive role model and focus on supporting each individual child's development. I use an encouraging and kind approach when guiding playtime, leading activities and teaching rules. I am passionate about creating a space where children can feel safe expressing themselves creatively, socially, and independently.

Aside from working with children, I love working with other adults as well and learning new perspectives to teaching, especially in early education. I work diligently on open and clear communication and am always ready and willing to assist fellow employees with jobs tasks.
