Passionate and versatile professional with a background in operations, administration, and small business support. Rooted in a family legacy of construction and architecture, I bring both creative and structural thinking to every role.
Prompt engineering isn't just telling an AI what to do-it's translating intent into architecture. I craft personalities, tone frameworks, and modular instruction sets for large language models, building the scaffolding that helps them respond in-character, on-topic, and usefully. That means understanding the limits of the model and the expectations of the end user. It's a little like writing documentation, a little like designing a scene partner, and a lot like knowing when to give the system room to breathe.
I work across fiction and function, myth and marketing-wherever language needs to carry weight. Some days it's a newsletter or landing page that makes someone click. Other days it's a branching narrative that brings a quiet moment to life, or a character sheet that reads like someone you've known for years. And then there are the prompts-part blueprint, part conjuring spell-written not for people, exactly, but for the systems that serve them.
I work in words, but the medium changes. I've helped brands rediscover their voice, built story engines for games, and written characters who feel more like people than placeholders. I design lore as infrastructure, not just color. I make sure that what's said matches what's meant.
It's not about being verbose (though I can be, when the rhythm calls for it). It's about choosing the right form for the message, and the right medium for the moment. A single sentence on a website can carry more meaning than a paragraph in a book, if it's shaped just right. I like writing that works-not just technically, but emotionally. Writing that helps: the reader, the client, the system trying to understand what you meant to say.
Pearson Expressions was my digital strategy studio for weird and wonderful small business owners-especially neurodivergent folks trying to make the internet work for them, not the other way around.
I designed systems that respected how each person worked best, from custom WordPress sites and client onboarding flows to SEO-rich copy that didn't sound like a robot wrote it. I handled content strategy, UX consulting, site builds, redesigns, audits, email automations, and analytics-basically, if it connected to the internet, I touched it.
A big part of the job was helping clients untangle themselves from tools that didn't serve them. I matched people with tech stacks that made sense for their goals and attention spans, not just trends.
It was never just about clean code or traffic spikes-it was about autonomy, sustainability, and building digital spaces people could actually live in.
