Currently working as a tower tech/rigger exchanging major components on GE wind turbines and installation and dismantling of cranes. Worked on repower projects with different subcontractors and learn from each other in other to complete tasks. Exchange gear box, blades, generator, and generator frame on GE turbines. Safe worker and team player to promote efficiency.

Inspected equipment to identify areas of wear or causes of malfunctions. Able to do main shaft exchange, blade bearings, gear box, and catastrophic blade exchange on GE towers. Trained on the use of power tools such as torque tools, hydraulic tools and tension tools. Able to flag or call the crane and the use of proper rigging. Worked with diverse types of weather and ground conditions. Proper and respectful communication with others and worked safe in any situation and condition.

Able to do single blade exchange and load/load off of blades. Proper use of tension tools, pumps, and tension heads, e-rads (3&5 head). Did exchange of catastrophic blade damage. Able to install and uninstall turning gear. Organized work to meet demanding production needs. Mentor new techs in maintenance, repair and reporting duties. Good knowledge on how to use and maintain power tools in good shape.

Operated power equipment to move materials and promote job efficiency. Able to drive forklift to load and off load hardware and equipment. Supported team workloads by setting up ladders and materials for daily work. Kept equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and routine maintenance. Loaded and unloaded nacelles, blades, and can sections in job sites. Use hand and power tools including drills, impacts, e-rads safely to minimize accidents. Set up work sites with tools, machinery and equipment based on work orders. Help crew members reach heights with the used of JLG and setting up ladders for special requirements. Tension tower blades, flanges, and change oil in gearboxes. Good team member with good knowledge and and communication.

Use hand and power tools such as drills and impacts, e-rads, stealth heads (3&5 heads) properly and safely to prevent accidents. Set up work and have a plan to execute work expectations. Clean tower sections and pressure wash and remove stains. Install and uninstall turning gear. The ability on setting and installing of drive train for vestas turbines ( able to use rigging, shackles and hoisting fundamentals). Perform torque and tensioning of drive train bolts and studs. The ability to use torque and tensioning equipment. Tension tower from the base all the way to nacelle and hub. The ability to communicate and work safe with others. Did top out and helped on stabbing can sections.
