Accomplishments

I completed my dissertation in 2010 with the title: Spanish versus Spanish and English instruction models: A comparison of differential impact of high school Spanish language acquisition and learning developmental outcome. I also participated as part of the committee on these dissertations: Parents’ perspective on Hmong students’ academic challenges in reading and math and Effectiveness of after school intervention programs in relation to student performance on the 6 th grade and 7 th grade STAR test. I am also the creator of SSICA which is a program used by schools to monitor positive and negative behavior and which is used throughout the US.
