Over these last 10 years, I have developed extensive knowledge on tree crew management, work management, customer resolving.

I have worked in many SCE districts closely with the SSP’s in Districts 29, 43, 33 ,27, 51, 35 forming close work relationship with the ssps knowing how they work and what they look for in a successful contractor.

  • Safety observations for all tree contractors in the area making sure they are working safely and professionally. 6 different contractors in the area.
  • Refusals & No access onto difficult customers and properties - I know how to deal with difficult customers ranging from minor to major situations
