iv been in the cannabis extraction industry since 2015 started as a 30LB column packer working 18 hrs a day monday-sunday for 7 months straight to help my cousin build his company called Empire Extracts launched it in Oklahoma back in 2020.

running bio mass material with a purge labs closed loop system I became head lab tech after staying focused and determined. maintenance is important when processing high volume. always keep an eye out for Leaks and clogs,

safety first and stayin calm can save a life as you know mistakes can be fatal in this industry.

i like to learn and take pride in my work iv learned how to manage employees operate with precision and efficiency resulting in a successful extraction.

experimenting with solvent ratios, temperatures and material to increase extraction yields with fresh frozen material and dry cured material. I have seen yields range from 6%-24%

it's 2026 now I don't put in 18 hrs a day anymore but still kill it in the booth! iv helped labs around California get ahead on contracts with my knowledge and willingness to keep going.

I'm now a certified bizzy bee closed loop system operator still extracting but on a much bigger scale.

the most iv processed on a (6-8 COLUMN SYSTEM) by myself was (756 LBS) start to finish in a 9 hour duration.

I pack the material into socks process them, empty them out ,pour out oil from evaporators, fill up with gas,input data entrys and repeat all day long! I look at this like a sport!

and in a single year iv processed (90,000 LBS)

I have processed over (1 million LBS) of material within

my career. i challenge myself in every aspect of extraction.

I trained over 10 employees in my career

I have 25 years of this left in me.

my goal is to retire with a great company doing what I love in the end.
