  • Currently responsibilities in the NOC on all access products
  • This includes maintenance and troubleshooting of IPVPN, ATM/Frame, DSL, and DIA IP circuits on Cisco and Juniper routers
  • Also including is the coordination of the repair on last mile of circuits (DS0, DS1 and DS3, and Ethernet)
  • Work on routing issues related to OSPF, BGP, OSPF, MPLS tunnels and RIP
