Dear hiring management team,
The skills I can provide for our team is problem solving, creative marketing, and communication skills. I find these valuable components when working with a group of individuals. We should be able to be on the same page even if we when choices get difficult, enabling us to stay connected and make valid decisions that benefit the team. I am a strong team player and believe in having strong critical thinks skills while having compassion for everyone’s ideas to get the best out of every idea.
Taking this into consideration I believe I can have a strong role in being an account planner. I believe I have strong ideas, but in my opinion, I feel the best ideas come from a combination of ideas from my fellow peers. In my perspective when I have worked in the past with people, I notice that the best ideas spark from exploiting someone’s idea to make it stronger and more comprehensive to the naked eye.
With that being said, I can also be considered a fit for media planner. Conflict will never be unavoidable but it’s always best to take a breath and rethink what can be done from a different perspective. I can accomplish this with my active listening and adaptability to the situation. By being attentive to the criticism of the media depart the agency support department as well. To make the best out of every idea and how to make the idea progress to have a clear understanding.
The last position I would like to pursue is art director. I am a team player when it comes to being knowledgeable about in design and photoshop. I also have experience working with peers to develop ideas that will best simplify a major problem into a quick readable solution.
