- -Currently working at 322 Folsom street. Where I am involved in repiping the domestic hot and cold systems, as well as the reclaim water system. while building is partially occupied.
- Prior to that I was at SF State University, where i helped pipe, test, and trim out Heating and cooling systems, as well as Heating and cooling in-wall radiators. my duration there was 10 months
- Prior to that, I was involved in the UCSF Building 19A Underground Utilities project (sanitary waste, storm, and lab waste) systems being re-piped underneath the active Laboratory. thru the means of digging a mine shaft underneath the building, while keeping the buildings systems live and intact. duration there was a little over 18 months.
- Along with these jobs, i was also a part of piping the Chase Center, Marin General Hospital, Salesforce Tower, Santa Rosa Kaiser, Gateway of the pacific 3 (SSF) among other large and smaller projects.
- Interpreted blueprints to determine locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
- Installed valves, hangers, supports, and flanges inside piping systems.
- Measured, threaded, soldered, brazed, grooved, caulked and cut materials to correct angles and dimensions.
- Selected type and size of piping required for each project.
- Offered guidance and training to younger Apprentice Plumbers.
- Filled pipe systems with water and air to determine location of leaks.
- Obtained precise results by performing accurate hydrostatic testing.
- Inspected sewers and piping systems to assess quality and condition.
