• Placing the required parts in boxes, always following the instructions in work orders.

Band Saw

• Cut different types of material, like threaded bars, flat bars, angles, tubes, etc., always following blueprint instructions.

• Adjusted machine settings based on product type being packaged or customer requirements.
• Kept detailed records of production runs, including number of items produced and any issues encountered during operation.

• Grabbing parts for sales orders.
• Assisting shipping personnel in loading and unloading trucks when needed.

Sidewall roller

• Form the walls of the grain bin according to the required specifications.

Stiffener line.

• Make the parts that will serve as external reinforcement of the grain container walls. Different sizes and gauges, according to the specifications of the work orders.

Punch press.

• Punching holes into metal parts, especially angles and metal plates, that will be part of the structure or mechanism of the grain containers.

Place the components necessary for final installation in the finished units, like plywood sheets, singles, rafters, doors, windows, and other minor components.

• Assemble the guides where the doors slide.
• Install windows in the panels, in home-grade doors, following the required instructions.
