Prepare for and present evidence to the special magistrate monthly. To date have presented 200 cases.

Maintain all public records and respond to public records requests per State Statute 119.
Respond to noise complaints by conducting noise readings and respond accordingly per city ordinance.

Review all plans and appropriated projects for ADA compliance. Review renovation permits to ensure compliance with 20% rule. Respond to all complaints related to access to facilities\programs and services where the public has access.
Review lease renewals to ensure ADA compliance.
Yearly inspections of all city parks for ongoing ADA compliance and maintenance.
