  • Create management reports that depict the actual condition of the building, the progress of specific projects, and make clear and concise recommendations.

  • Negotiated the Waste Management contract saving $40,000 per year.
  • Assisted and completed in the association construction defect (558).
  • Bid out projects to contractors, and prepare bid analysis.
