I am responsible for several Agency special projects including the Coalition Team. I am also responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and monitoring Family Service staff as well as departmental activities. Responsibilities also, include conducting research studies and collecting data for program planning, evaluation and policy development. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the Agency's enrollment, recruitment and selection plan for children and families in thirty-three (33) counties in Mississippi. The Agency's enrollment Plan ensures compliance with Head Start Performance Standards requirements, Federal and State regulations and guidelines

At Jackson State University, I served as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Lifelong Learning and the Department of Early Childhood Education

Responsibilities include the management and supervision of the Agency's Parent, Family, and Community Engagement Program to ensure Head Start Performance Standards compliance and facilitate positive outcomes for enrolled families through established program goals and objectives.

As Director of Research and Development, responsibilities include conducting research studies and collecting data for program planning, evaluation and policy development. I am also responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the Agency's enrollment, recruitment and selection plan for children and families in thirty-three (33) counties in Mississippi. The Agency's enrollment Plan ensures compliance with Head Start Performance Standards requirements, Federal and State regulations and guidelines. Previously managed the Agency's on-site Medicaid EPSDT clinics and the AfterKare Program. The Medicaid Clinics were licensed by the Mississippi Division of Medicaid to provide health screenings to Medicaid eligible clients. Clinics were staffed by Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses and clerical support staff
